Draft Buckie South Masterplan

The draft Buckie South Masterplan is a plan for the long-term expansion of Buckie for up to 600 houses over the next 20 years.  The draft Masterplan sets out the shape and form that development will take and includes a site for a potential primary school/community facility, shops, parks, allotments and orchards and includes a network of walking and cycling routes to connect the new neighbourhood with the existing town.
