Examination Update
Following public consultation in early 2014 the Proposed Plan responses will be reported to a Special meeting of the Planning and Regulatory Services Committee on 11 September 2014. The Committee Report seeks the agreement of the Commitee to submit the Proposed Plan for examination.

A summary of the responses received are contained within a standard form called a Schedule 4. The draft Schedule 4’s are included within the Committee papers (Appendix A). In addition to the summary of responses made the Schedule 4 contains the Council’s proposed response.
Please note the specific matters you raised in a response may be split across a number of issues and therefore your response may be included under several Schedule 4 documents. Your response may also be grouped with other respondents who have expressed a similar view. The Council’s response is to the issues raised and an individual response to each representation is not given.
