UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) 2025/2026 – Moray Council Delivery

The UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) is a central pillar of the UK Government’s Levelling Up agenda, designed to boost productivity, reduce regional inequalities, and support strong, sustainable communities.

The Fund supports delivery of the UK Government’s five national missions, with a particular focus on kickstarting economic growth and promoting opportunities in all parts of the country.

Moray has received a total allocation of £1,415,076, comprising both capital and revenue funding, to support delivery across the area.

As part of the UK Government's transitional arrangements for 2025/26, Moray Council's UKSPF programme has been extended to 30 September 2026, providing additional time for approved projects to complete delivery and maximise the impact of the investment.

Moray Council is delivering a range of projects through UKSPF that align with these priorities, focused on enhancing skills, supporting businesses, investing in communities and place, and building local pride.
