1. Yes. We contract with the individual carers who offer the service from their own homes.
   

2. a) There is a sessional rate for the day support carers, a 24 hr and 12 hr rate for the short breaks and a 3 financial band system for the long term placements. The bands are allocated depending on the complexity of the placement.

   b) Please see our payment sheet for Long Term Placements attached.  NB: Uplift for all placements pending.

   c) Please see our payment sheet for Day Support attached.
   
   d) Please see our payment sheet attached for Short Breaks attached.
