EIR Request - Pedestrian Crossings

1. I wish to request the following. The location (address) of each pedestrian crossing (zebra, pelican, toucan etc) in your area and the date on which each was last comprehensively painted, along the white lines of the crossing and associated zig zags.
To be clear, I am not looking for piecemeal repairs, but the date of the last time the full collection of white lines was painted.
