Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please provide the following information relating to abandoned, derelict or sunken vessels dealt with by your authority.

For each calendar year from 2021 to 2025, please provide:

1. The number of vessels reported to or identified by the authority as abandoned, derelict or sunken within areas for which the authority has responsibility.

2. The number of these vessels removed, recovered or disposed of by, or on behalf of, the authority.

3. The total amount spent by the authority on recovery, removal, storage and disposal of these vessels.

4. The total amount of these costs subsequently recovered from vessel owners or other responsible parties.

5. The number of these vessels associated with a recorded fuel, oil or other pollution incident, where held.

6. If readily available, a breakdown of vessels by broad type, for example sailing boat, motorboat, personal watercraft, houseboat, narrowboat or other.

7. If readily available, the location of each vessel at harbour, marina, waterway or similar non-personal geographical level.
