Under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, I am requesting the following information about Moray for each financial year from 2021/22 to 2025/26.

1. The number of individuals (or households, if that is how the information is recorded) who approached the council for help because they were homeless or at risk of homelessness. For clarity, this includes any approach where the reason was recorded as homelessness or threatened homelessness, including approaches recorded under the PREVENT1 housing options return.

2. Of those in question 1, the number who did not go on to have a homelessness application taken and assessed under section 28 of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1987.

3. Of those in question 1, the number who were instead offered or directed to a housing options interview, general housing needs process, housing register application, or any similar alternative to a homelessness application.

4. For those counted in question 2, a breakdown by recorded outcome (for example: advice given, remained in current accommodation, made a housing register application, lost contact, case still open).
