I would be grateful if you could provide the following information relating to the LMS currently used by your organisation for employee learning, training, compliance and development.

a) What Learning Management System(s) does your organisation currently use?
b) Who is the LMS software provider/vendor?
c) Is the system hosted internally, by the supplier, or through a third-party hosting provider?

2. Contract Details
a) What is the name of the organisation contracted to supply the LMS?
b) What is the original contract start date?
c) What is the current contract expiry date, including any extensions already agreed?
d) Are there any further extension options available under the existing contract?
e) What is the total contract value, and what is the annual cost of the LMS (including licensing, hosting, support and maintenance, where recorded separately)?

3. Procurement and Renewal
a) Through which procurement route or framework was the LMS contract awarded?
b) Is there a planned procurement, retender or replacement of the existing LMS?
c) If recorded, what is the anticipated date for the next LMS procurement or contract renewal?

4. System Usage
a) Approximately how many employees or users are covered by the LMS contract?
b) Does the LMS support external users, such as partner organisations, contractors or volunteers?

5. Contract Management
a) Which department or team is responsible for managing the LMS contract?
b) What is the job title of the individual responsible for the LMS contract or its renewal?
