Please provide the following information about the Council's functions under Part 8 of the Antisocial Behaviour etc. (Scotland) Act 2004, for each calendar year 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025, to the extent it is held centrally:

Size of register
1. The number of properties (or, if that is not available, landlords) on the Council's part of the Scottish Landlord Register at the end of each year, or the most recent figure available.

Enforcement against unregistered landlords 2. The number of late application fees applied.
3. The number of Rent Penalty Notices served under section 94.
4. The number of reports made to the Procurator Fiscal for offences under section 93.

Fit and proper person decisions
5. The number of applications for registration or renewal referred to a committee or other decision-maker for a decision on whether the applicant is a fit and proper person.
6. The number of applications refused on fit and proper person grounds (section 84).
7. The number of registrations removed under section 89.
