Please provide the following information for the 2025 calendar year (1 January to 31 December):

1. The number of formal product safety recalls relating to nicotine-containing products issued, initiated, or recorded by your local authority.

2. Where recorded, please provide a breakdown of the above information by the following:

a) Product type (e.g. nicotine pouches, vapes, cigarettes, etc)

b) Reason for recall (e.g. excessive nicotine content, incorrect labelling, chemical risk, etc)

c) Enforcement action (e.g. product withdrawal, product destruction, fine or penalties, etc)
