Under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA), please provide me with the following recorded information:

1. Since school year 2023/24, has the local authority ever taken a proportion of the Pupil Equity Funding received by schools in its area as a contribution towards central PEF support costs?

2. If the answer to question 1 is yes, for each school year since 2023/24, what was the (a) percentage of the total PEF received by local authority schools that went towards these central costs each year and (b) the value of this contribution each year.

3. If the answer to question 1 is yes, please list any schools that have been exempt from making a contribution and the reason for this, broken down by each year since the introduction of PEF.

4. Please confirm if any schools in your local area have any form of agreement with Police Scotland for uniformed officers, also known as ‘Campus Police Officers’ to be present within the estate of the schools in question.

5. Where schools do have any form of agreement, please confirm when these agreements started, how these agreements are funded and if any Pupil Equity Funding is used.

6. Where any agreement is in place, please a) confirm how much funding is required for these agreements and b) how much, if any, Pupil Equity Funding has been used.
