I would be most grateful if you would provide me, under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, the following information regarding the council's civil registration (registrar) services and household waste recycling centre (HWRC) booking.

PART A - CIVIL REGISTRATION (REGISTRAR) SERVICES

A1. Does the council currently use any dedicated software or online booking/appointment management system for its registrar services (e.g. for booking birth, death, marriage or citizenship registration appointments)?

A2. If yes, please provide:
a. The name of the current software supplier / provider b. The contract start date c. The contract end date (or expected renewal date) d. Whether an extension clause exists, and if so, the maximum extension period e. The annual cost of the contract (or total contract value) f. Whether the council has made a decision on retendering this service

A3. If no dedicated system is in use, does the council have any plans to procure one?

A4. The job title (and, where the council is content to disclose it, the name and work email address) of the officer who manages the registration service day to day and would be the main contact for this system. Please provide a contact from the registration service or service management rather than from procurement or commissioning.

PART B - HOUSEHOLD WASTE RECYCLING CENTRES (HWRC)

B1. Does the council (or a contractor on its behalf) currently use any dedicated software or online system for booking visits to household waste recycling centres, or for managing HWRC permits (e.g. van, trailer or trade permits)?

B2. If yes, please provide:
a. The name of the current software supplier / provider b. The contract start date c. The contract end date (or expected renewal date) d. Whether an extension clause exists, and if so, the maximum extension period e. The annual cost of the contract (or total contract value) f. Whether the council has made a decision on retendering this service

B3. If no dedicated system is in use, does the council have any plans to procure one?
