I would like to request the following information regarding enforcement action related to the sale of illegal tobacco products:

1. For each of the past five financial years, please provide the number of banning orders obtained by the Council under section 15 of the Tobacco and Primary Medical Services (Scotland) Act 2010.

2. Of these, please state how many were obtained wholly or partly on the basis of enforcement action relating to illegal tobacco products.
