1. The complete Moray School Child Protection Guidelines that were in force in December 2023, including any appendices, protocols and referral procedures.

2. Any other Moray Council Education policies, procedures, guidance or protocols in force in December 2023 concerning the handling by school staff and/or head teachers of allegations or disclosures of sexual assault or sexual abuse involving pupils.

3. The version numbers, approval dates and effective dates of the documents identified above.

4. I am specifically requesting the policies and procedures that were in force in December 2023 rather than current or subsequently revised versions.
