Under the Freedom of Information Act, please provide the following information for each of the calendar years 2023, 2024 and 2025, and for 2026 up to and including 1 October 2026.

Please provide the figures separately for each year:

1. Referrals for stairlift adaptations
The number of referrals received by the council for stairlift adaptations from council Social Work and/or Occupational Therapy departments.

2. Part-funded stairlift applications
The number of applications for stairlifts that were approved and where the cost was partially funded by the council, with the remainder being paid by the applicant or another party.

3. Fully council-funded stairlift applications
The number of applications for stairlifts that were approved and where the full cost was funded by the council.

4. Stairlifts funded for council tenants and private homeowners
The number of stairlifts funded by the council for:
a) Council tenants; and

b) Private homeowners.
