1. How many reports did your council receive of home improvement traders breaching consumer protection law.

a) If possible, please break the data down by type of home improvement trader e.g. builder, decorator, plumber OR type of work they were carrying out.

b) How many home improvement traders did your council take action against for breaching consumer protection law?
