Barnardos
Target and Outcomes: work with a variety of individuals facing multiple barriers to a positive destination, to help participating individuals to work towards their SCQF Level 3 and 4, to support individuals in a variety of vocational training, teamwork and employability skills, to support individuals into employment or further education.
Stage 2 - Barnardos Works Stage 2 provision (SCQF Level 3 accredited) for 16 - 24 year olds.
Stage 3 - Barnardos Works Stage 3 provision (SCQF Level 4 accredited) for 16 - 24 year olds.
Stage 4 - Barnardos Works tailored training programmes (18+).
Stage 5 - Aftercare provided with in-work support to all participants from previous pipeline stages.
