Libraries Learning Centres provide free access to computers and the internet, support to access information and develop ICT and information literacy skills as well as offering a range of awareness sessions and courses ranging from basic computer skills to SQA accredited courses and Advanced ECDL.  The learning offer is dependent on individual needs and abilities – self study, one to one support, drop in sessions, 2 hour sessions to 6 week accredited courses.

Job clubs run in Forres library every Monday from 2-4pm, Buckie library every Tuesday 1-3.30pm and in Elgin library every Thursday 10am-4pm. Keith library on the first and third Thursday of the month 2–4pm and Lossiemouth library every Friday 2–4pm.  

Library job clubs are free and aimed at helping the unemployed to get back into work, manage their Universal Job Match profile, create CVs, carry out job search online, gain support for online job applications and to gain advice and referral to and from outside agencies etc. Job clubs are run by library staff and volunteers and provide the opportunity to share skills amongst those looking for work.
