Pre-application Advice for Major Applications

Please be aware that there is a charge for this service, please refer to our Scale of Fees for the current charge and ways to pay.

You will be required to submit the information outlined in Section 5 of the Pre-Application Meeting Request form (including payment) a minimum of 3 weeks before the date of the pre-application meeting you would like your application to be considered at.

In the short term all major Pre-application meetings will be held remotely and the provisional dates are set as follows:

26th February 2026		09:00 - 12:00
26th March 2026		09:00 - 12:00
30th April 2026		09:00 - 12:00
28th May 2026		09:00 - 12:00
25th June 2026		09:00 - 12:00
30th July 2026		09:00 - 12:00
27th August 2026		09:00 - 12:00
24th September 2026		09:00 - 12:00
29th October 2026		09:00 - 12:00
26th November 2026		09:00 - 12:00

The applicant/developer will be allocated a specific time during the meeting as several proposals may be discussed on the same day. When a preferred time is indicated this will be accommodated where possible but will be subject to demand for consideration of other proposals on the same day.
