FOI Request - Landfill Diversion & End Destinations

Please can I have the following information:
The route of the waste and percentage split (on average) between recycling, recovery and landfill for all of your trade waste and also for the skip waste.
For each facility that waste goes for treatment (including landfill) we need to have copy of the site waste management licence/permit to show it includes the following information:
1. The Waste management licence (WML) number of each facility.
2. The postcode and ideally full address of the facility.
3. The percentage of the waste stream in question that goes to each facility.
4. The EWC codes to show what waste is allowed to be there at that site.

Please be advised in accordance with section 10(4)(a) of the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 that this information is not held by the Council but would be obtainable from each individual site. Given the possible high numbers of EWCs that each site could accept we do not have current lists, only those codes applicable for our materials.
