FOI Request - Business Car Parks

1. Does the council have a list (or any type of database and or registry) of businesses operating in the local authority area?
2. If such a list exists please provide this list.
3. Does the council have a list (or any type of database and or registry) of registered car parks in the local authority area. Please provide this list or any records if one exists.
4. A list of businesses in the local authority area that have , as part of their business rates valuation, a car park for employees.

1. In accordance with section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 we can confirm that no such list is held.

In accordance with section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 we can confirm that  we do not hold a list of car parks operated by others, or car parks that are not incorporated in the car park order. Information on all Council car parks that are regulated by car park order are published on the website and is therefore exempt under section 25 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, information otherwise accessible.
