FOI Request - Abuse Against Councillors

I wish to submit a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 regarding reports of abuse against councillors for the past three years.

Please can you supply me with your records for 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 to date? Please state the number of reports of abuse against councillors for each year. Please also state the nature of the abuse: ie physical, verbal, online.
