FOI Request - E-Scooter Consultations and Decisions

Can the following information please be supplied;

1 - Details of plans to trial or introduce e-scooters, or documentation outlining reasons not to proceed with e-scooters
2- Minutes of meetings in which e-scooters were discussed
3- internal Reports in the last 24 months relating to e-scooters

My request relates to discussions surrounding allowing members of the public to use e-scooters and to allow rental companies to operate in Moray, as per the UK Governments press release earlier this week, amending the legislation to make this legal.
