• Evidence that they are a Fair Work Employer.
Under section 181 (2), of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 an employer is obliged to disclose information: (a) without which a union would be materially impeded in collective bargaining and (b) which it would be in accordance with good industrial relations practice to disclose
In accordance with section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 we can confirm that the authority do not have a contract with FES FM and therefore hold none of the pay details requested.
