How many local access officers and/or rangers were employed by the local authority for every financial year since the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003 came into force? Please break this information down into Permanent and Seasonal positions.

There are no previous employees of the council who have had those job titles. We currently have two seasonal Rangers who are new in post.
