FOI Request - Service Level Agreements
Please provide me with the following information under the Freedom of Information Act:
Does the Council have any Service Level Agreements in place for 2022/2023 financial year?
1. If yes, can you provide me with a breakdown of how much money each SLA is worth and when it is due to end?
2. Do you have any new Service Level Agreements due for renewal or award in 2022/2023 financial year and if so, for what value?
3. Does your council have any digital/IT contracts up for renewal/tender in 2022/2023 financial year and when are you planning to go to tender?
4. Does your council have any security contracts up for renewal/tender in 2022/2023 financial year and when are you planning to go to tender?
Most departments do not have Service Level Agreements (SLA's) as our services are procured and in place with contracts. However, the contracts we have will contain the service expectations we require through the period of the contract and KPIs to assess performance.
Please see the contracts register http://www.moray.gov.uk/moray_standard/page_101331.html for details on all the live contracts.
