FOI Request - Unoccupied Properties

Under FOI I would please like to request the following information:

1. The number of properties in the local authority which are currently unoccupied. If possible please provide a breakdown between commercial and residential properties.

Clarification received 24/11/2022: I am looking at all residential and commercial properties that are unoccupied.

Response 21-12-2022

1. Effective of 30th November 2022 I can confirm there are 3608 unoccupied Council Tax properties and 561 unoccupied Non Domestic Rates properties.
