FOI Request - Unused and Unoccupied Council Land

I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act to request the following information:

1. How much land does the council currently have that is unused and unoccupied?

1. Although the Council has around 37.2 hectares of vacant land, these areas are being held for specific purposes, including service delivery and development by the Council. Land not required by the Council is sold or leased and these areas are under offer, on the market or being prepared for marketing.
