FOI Request - Ad-Hoc Coaches and Taxi Services

I am emailing regarding a published public notice for ad-hoc provision of coaches and taxis in Moray costing around £3 million - details here: https://www.publiccontractsscotland.gov.uk/search/show/search_view.aspx?ID=FEB471924(attached).

I was wondering if you could provide any details about this in terms of the time frame for the contract, what the services will be used for, if they will service any particular areas and if this will be a renewal of an existing service? Any information you can provide would be much appreciated.
