1. Not held. The fee for a short-term let licence is based on the recovery of cost of establishing and running the short-term let licensing scheme.  There is no budget set aside for the short-term let licensing scheme in 2023/2024 therefore this information is not held. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held.

2. 1 x FTE administrator, supervised by administration manager. Input from Solicitor and Senior Solicitor in setting up and managing the licence scheme. .  No FTE equivalent data held for latter.
