1. Voting rights from all non-council members including church representatives were removed at a meeting of Moray Council on 30 June 2021. Minutes of Meetings are available on the council website and is therefore exempt under section 25 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, information otherwise accessible.
