1.This information is previously published at https://moray.cmis.uk.com/moray/CouncilandGovernance/Councillors.aspxk , therefore it is exempt under Section 25 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002- Information Otherwise Accessible.

2. The Council does not give out names and contact details for all officers as this information is exempt under Section 38(1)(b) - personal information. Nonetheless, the names of senior members of staff are publicly available and as such those names are exempt under Section 25; info otherwise available.
