1.  The total number of FTE frontline social care staff working for the local authority at the end of each of the last 5 financial years. By frontline social care staff, I mean those who physically deliver social care to adults – not management/administration roles.

2.  The total number of full-time equivalent social care staff vacancies there are currently in your local authority.

3.  How long each of these vacancies has been unfilled. E.g. ‘The vacancy for XXX was posted on 11 July 2023, and therefore has been unfilled for 1 day’.

4.  How many times each of these vacancies has been re-advertised.
