FOI Request - Voids Due to Meter Delays

Request 101003386013

I am looking for information relating to housing let voids being caused due to delays in energy companies dealing with meter issues, i.e. when a pre-payment meter is in debt, off supply the meter needs exchanged or reset.

Under FOISA, please advise:

1. How many of your properties have pre-payment meters
2. How many void properties you have had in each quarter since April 2022
3. How many void properties are being delayed from re-let due to energy meter issues (examples above).  Of these, how many have been void for:
a) 1 month or more
b) 2 months or more
c) 3 months or more
d) 6 months or more
4. What is the average void delay caused by meter issues
5. How much debt is owed on void meters
6. What is the average weekly rent of a property in your stock
7. What is your average Weekly Void Rent Loss
