1. Would it be at all possible to find out when the last council/SEPA survey was carried out on the Lossiemouth East Basin harbour wall and see a copy of any such report?

1. Moray Council undertakes a visual inspection of the seawall at Lossiemouth annually.  The boundary for the wall is at the red boundary fence at the play park to the east of the harbour.
