1. Which Primary school have a secure fence which is not broken.
2. Whose responsibility it is to maintain the fence around the school.
3. Moray Council's policy about pupil safety in the playground.

1. We have 31 schools that have fences/ gates or walls which make the school grounds secure.
2. As part of the agreement between schools and property resources the responsivity to maintain and repair the fence lies with the school.
3. There is no Moray Council policy about pupil safety in the playground. Individual schools may have information in their school handbook that relates.
We do however have a specific staffing allocation for playgrounds / canteens as follows:
