The 2023 COSLA Conference took place at Crieff Hydro in September 2023.

(1) Which officers and councillors attended.  

(2) What were the expense claims of each (please provide separate details and each expense claim itemised detail)

(3) What was paid for them in advance (i.e. not claimed, but paid for by Moray Council before they went to the conference i.e things like hotels, hire cars, dinner, conference expenses).
