3. Yes we do currently. We currently commission Care Quality Services to provide care at home across Moray. There are no anticipated financial savings from this contract. We are currently reviewing care at home. There may be future procurement opportunities but this is yet to be determined.

4a) 1,861 people are in receipt of Technology Enabled Care (a community alarm and/or Telecare package). Unable to break down futher.
