FOI Request - Dog Control Notices and Out of Control Dogs

I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 regarding the activities of the Dog Warden Service in Scotland, specifically related to out-of-control dogs, Dog Control Notices, and additional complaints made under the Control of Dogs (Scotland) Act 2010 for the years 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024.

I kindly request the following information for each of the specified years:

1.  How many complaints were received about dogs being out of control for each of the specified years?

2.  How many active Dog Control Notices are currently in effect as of March 2024?

3.  How many Dog Control Notices were issued for incidents that took place outdoors?

4.  How many Dog Control Notices were issued for incidents that took place indoors?

5.  Could you please provide a breakdown of each breed, including crossbreeds, that have been served a Dog Control Notice, specifying the number of notices issued for each breed during each of the specified years

6.  In cases where a Dog Control Notice was not issued as a result of a report, please provide a detailed list of actions taken by the Dog Warden Service for each year.
