I am not confident that this request has been answered to the correct level and ability of the council. I would not expect, even as part of the larger scale plan, there not be a budget associated with the process of running the public consultation. And as I would have expected there to be a budget, I would also expect there to be a way of ensuring this budget is met (or not) and to be able to do that, the cost of the actual process should be somehow recorded. I would like this cost of the process to be made publicly available.

Following your request for a review (our ref: 101003744028) of your Freedom of Information (FOI) Request, Public Consultation Process Forres Academy (our ref: 101003711220), a review meeting was held on 28th March 2025. In attendance were the Information Governance Manager and Data Protection Officer, Programme Manager Learning Estate, Senior Project Officer, Solicitor, and Information Co-ordinator.

We looked again at our original response but found that the exemption that had been applied – information not held – still stands. We can confirm that there is no itemised time-recording associated with this, therefore the information you are requesting is not held.
