1.  Has Moray Council ever commissioned an Adult Review Project team to work within the Adult Social Care division to conduct Adult Reviews?

2.  If so, when did the team start and finish? 

3.  Are there any adult reviews in Moray Council that exceeds the 12 month review timeline?

Response 07-04-2025

1.  We haven't commissioned an Adult Review Project team. However, we have pulled together a team from our own staff.

2.  Reviews are currently ongoing. This started 19/2/2025.

3.  Yes.

4.  We are unable to breakdown specifically to overdue reviews but asked the system for overdue activities. The number is 532, although some data cleansing of the system is required so this figure is unlikely  

     to be accurate.
