I am writing to you today to request the below information in regards to your local authorities usage of funding received from the UK Government for the purposes of the resettlement of Ukrainian refugees.  Funding has been allocated to local authorities under Homes for Ukraine Scheme (2024-25) local authority tariff payment grant determination No. 50/MHCLG17AN250101-32 (Scotland) regulations.

1.  How much funding did your local receive from the UK Government for the resettlement of Ukrainian refugees.

2.  How much funding is remaining in the budget on 01 April 2025 and what is the forecasted date for full expenditure of the budget.

3.  How much of your funding have you allocated to third sector services or organisations supporting Ukrainian refugees.  ‘Third sector services or organisations’ is a non-profit organisation including but not limited a registered charity, SCIO, CIC, company limited by guarantee.

4.  If you allocated any funding to third sector, what was/is the application process for organisations to access funding?

1. 2024-25: £172,801.14

Please note this figure is Quarter's 1-2 and the outstanding Claims for Quarters 3 and 4 for 2024-25.

2. £1,429,623.52

This figure includes under spends from previous Years. The Council has set up a Resettlement Team and these Funds are being used to fund this Team until funds are fully utilised.

3. NHS 2024-25 £19,150.48
