The information requested is commercially sensitive and therefore exempt under Section 33(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002- Commercial Sensitivity. The contract is currently in place but there have been significant changes so this does not reflect the current arrangement and could be damaging to the reputation of both the Council and the commissioned provider.
