2. Whether you keep record of derelict buildings in your planning area, including any records on risks associated with their condition

1. No. Building Standards collect data on fires which result in a dangerous building enforcement case; however, they do not collect data of fires which occur in listed buildings.
2. Not held. Building Standards do not record this information. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held.
3a) We are aware of a fire that occurred in that period at the Grade B listed Oldmill, Oldmills Road, Elgin (details ban be obtained in the Historic Environment Scotland website or on Moray Council Moray Local Development Plan 2020 Interactive web map)
b) We may have as part of planning application submissions records of currently derelict building, condition surveys, as-is drawings, but these are not held under any specific register.
c) We are unsure of when the Oldmills fire was, but it occurred several years ago.
