1. A list of all -cides used by the Council. This is inclusive of, but not limited to: any and all avicides, biocides, fungicides, herbicides, insecticides, pesticides, and rodenticides.
These -cides may be used on property and assets that the Council owns or is responsible for managing, including but not limited to: schools, council housing, parks, local roads, and leisure facilities. Where management of a facility is shared with another devolved body, like Transport Scotland, please note this down — I would, here, like to prevent data duplication between public bodies.
2. The annual cost and volume of purchase of each of these -cides, broken down by -cide, from January 2014 to December 2024. Please list this on a spreadsheet (CSV), broken down by:

3. A list of each of these -cides' use, by volume. Through this I am trying to ascertain whether the purchased volume is matched by the used volume, so if there is a record of expired or unused -cides too, that would be ideal. Please add this to the above CSV as an additional column, also on an annual basis over the same time period. Please list volume in either litres or kilograms, whichever is more appropriate.
4. Only if available and easily accessible, the location and purpose of each specific -cide’s use. For the former, this may be classified by: location grouping, address, coordinate, or otherwise.

1. Nomix G, Glymark herbicides – public adopted streets/pavement weedkilling
Monsanto Amenity 360, Gallup, Rosate 360 TF herbicide – hard and soft landscape weedkilling including all public amenity open space, parks, council house gardens, cemeteries, schools (2014 has much higher use as we had the MOD contract for keeping RAF Lossiemouth and RAF Kinloss airfield hard surface areas weed killed)
Maintain and Primo maxx – growth retarders – around obstacles in grass areas and on steep grass slopes – general amenity open space
Qualgex, MMC-PRO, Enclean – biocides – to treat moss on hard landscape and tarred footpath surfaces eg. Housing access lanes to back gates etc
React, T2 – selective herbicides – to kill broadleaf weeds out with in grass – tank mixed with growth retarder.
Garlon Ultra, Icade – selective weedkillers – to kill out stumps/roots of woody plants in hard and soft landscape weedkilling including all public amenity open space, parks, council house gardens, cemeteries, schools
Pan Paradise, Valdor flex – residual herbicides – cemetery pre-emergent weed control to headstone areas and paths
