Please provide the following information in relation to cleaning machines purchased during the financial year 2024 – 2025

1.   The total number and types of cleaning machines (e.g. floor scrubbers, sweepers, pressure washers, etc) purchased by Council.

2.  The total expenditure on these machines during that period

3.  A breakdown of the purchases by department or intended use (e.g. street cleaning, building maintenance, public facilities).

4. Whether any machines were leased rather than purchased outright.

5. The number and type of cleaning machines that were specified and priced in the contract returns from the winning supplier(s) as part of the procurement process.

6. Where available, the name(s) of the winning supplier(s) and the contract reference number(s).
