Attainment results for pupils at Milne's High School, West Street Fochabers by feeder school in the Milnes ASG from 2014 to 2024.

1.  I would like the request to include the National Level achieved (ie Nat3/4/5/Higher) for each subject and what feeder school the achieved result was from.

I would also like to request information on school leavers in the Milne's ASG.

2.  How long they stayed in secondary education and the feeder school they came from before they attended Milne's High School.

1. & 2. There were a total of 171 S4/5/6 students sitting 2024 SCQF/SQA exams through Milne's High, with a total of 928 exams sat. We would then need to review which feeder school each student came from and then match this with each subject sat and grade achieved. If we were to replicate for each of the last 10 years we are then looking at nearly 2,000 students and 10,000 exam results. At an estimated 5 minutes per student / per year this task would cost the Council in excess of £600 of staff time/40 hours. In accordance with section 12 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (excessive cost), we are therefore unable to comply with this request.
