I am writing to request the following information under Freedom of Information legislation.
1. The number of equal pay claims against Moray Council which have been settled, and the total compensation costs paid by Moray Council for those claims.
2. The total legal costs incurred by Moray Council to date, regarding equal pay claims.
3. The number of equal pay claims against Moray Council which are outstanding or unresolved, and the projected total compensation costs of those claims (if such projections have been made).
