I would like to know the answer to the below questions regarding the recent rise in violence against teachers in schools.

Question 1 - How many violent incidents have been recorded by Moray Council since 2021 till the present day on a year on year basis.

The incidents I am looking for is violence across primary schools and secondary schools pupil v's teacher. e.g each incident where a pupil has committed a violent offence against a teacher.

Question 2 - following on from the question above, how many of the incidents have been committed by a child/young person that has an additional support need or is on the neurodevelopment pathway?

Question 3 - How are these incidents recorded?
