FOI Request - School Capacity and Pupil Roll

I am writing to request the following information under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002:

For each local authority-run primary school and secondary school within your council area, could you please provide:

1. The school capacity and pupil roll (number of enrolled pupils) as at September (or school year start) 2020 (or the closest available year).

2. The current school capacity and current pupil roll (most recent available data).

If possible, please provide this information in a spreadsheet or similar tabular format, listing each school individually.

To clarify, by school capacity I refer to the maximum number of pupils a school is designed to accommodate, and by pupil roll I refer to the actual number of pupils enrolled.

If you hold any accompanying notes, definitions, or guidelines explaining how capacity figures are determined or how pupil rolls are counted, please also provide these.
